The Birth of the
Yoga + Ayurveda + Aromatherapy Mobile spa!
Do you believe your dreams can come true?
Do you DARE to dream BIG? I mean, REALLY BIG?
For a long time, I never dared to DREAM REALLY BIG! But over the last 3+ years, my life has been changing dramatically for the better!
What's changed?
I've changed! The way I look at myself has changed. The way I move in the world now seems...different.
Einstein's quote really struck a cord in me. "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result."
Therefore, I hired a life + business coach last year to help me change and move things forward to where I want them to be. Working with my coach pressed nearly every button I had! He wanted me to actually budget! Budget! Ha! I would normally look at my bank account and know where I was at. Now, I know how much I spend and where I spend it! I also had to create a weekly meal and exercise plan, keep a daily junk journal and a separate gratitude journal. He had me recording affirmations, doing visualizations, various meditations, and creating living dream boards (these were my favorite parts!) I was doing so many things to organize myself and other tasks I would never think to do! And after doing all these things, for a period of time, I noticed that I was changing.
One of my dreams I had on my vision board was creating a Yoga + Ayurveda + Aromatherapy MOBILE SPA! My plan is to find someone who builds tiny homes to remodel the RV into a luxurious Ayurvedic Spa and then I will tour around the USA next summer to offer people education about Yoga + Ayurveda + Aromatherapy!
As part of my seva (Sanskrit word for selfless service) and my strong desire to give back to others and brighten peoples lives, I will find a non-profit organization that supports women who are getting out of prison and transitioning back into society. I want to be able to offer them FREE Yoga + Ayurveda + Aromatherapy so their nervous systems, their mental + emotional body and their souls can begin to heal from the trauma of what put them in prison and the time served.
I hit the road and head south from RI on January 19th! First STOPS: NYC > LONG ISLAND!

From NY, I will be heading south to Florida until late March. Then I head over to teach in Greece for 6 weeks starting on Amorgos Island at the 2nd annual Elysia Yoga Convention. Then I head to Cyprus to teach a Vegan Yoga Retreat at the Olive Tree Sanctuary. After that, I head on over to the beloved Silver Island Yoga where I teach 2 more retreats, which are already sold out!
My hope is that this short story may inspire you to start doing things differently and to start DREAMING REALLY BIG too!
